  • I’ve created this group to offer a safe, empowering space for Black mothers to unpack generational burdens, prioritize self-care, and reclaim their voice and identity beyond motherhood. Motherhood is a journey where society, family, and often ourselves, impose judgments on what we should be doing, what we could have done, or what we need to do. As a mother myself, I’ve often struggled with feeling like I wasn't doing enough, like my community expected me to be a superwoman, and there were a lot of times I felt completely depleted. Through years of trial and error, I’ve learned how to put myself first, and now I want to gather with other women who are on a similar journey—to share, support, and uplift each other. This is your time to bloom! Let’s do it together.
