Introduction
Hi! I am April Wilburne, and I use she/her pronouns, and one of my favorite quotes are by Brene Brown, “When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brand new ending.” I believe we often try to deny and reject our past instead of embracing it, sometimes leading to self-doubt, negative thoughts and memories that can hinder us. Through collaboration and self-determination, we can reignite the drive that still lies within, so that we can increase your self-esteem, replace negative thoughts with positive thinking, and process those memories together.
What clients say about me
Clients say that I am easy going, funny, and patient. They would say that I encourage them to be advocates for themselves. It is my deepest believe that we need others to listen to our stories in order to truly claim them, heal from them, and transform them into a source of inspiration for a powerful journey. So, what is your story? Let’s get into this healing.
